Are The Stretch Goal Designs Included in the Party/Collector (5/14) Packages?
Short answer: no, they are just extra designs you can choose from.
The way this works is that you back for a certain number of pins. Once the Kickstarter fulfills we move to Backerkit. On Backerkit you can choose which pins you want. So if you back for $40 (+P&P), you could, if you so wished, choose 2 DMs, 1 wizard, and 2 artificers. Or you could choose 5 blood hunters. It’s up to you.
You can also buy more pins on Backerkit. If you backed for 5, but end up wanting 7, you’ll just purchase 2 more pins on Backerkit.
The price for those pins depends on your tier. So if you back for 14 pins, you’ll add $7 more for each extra pin you buy on Backerkit. If you backed for 1, it’ll be $9 per extra pin.

When will my pins arrive?
We’re putting the order in as soon as we feel we have a good gist of which pins are more/less popular. That means the faster y’all can choose your pins and fill your surveys, the faster we can put the order in.
The manufacturer has given us a 30 day estimation from putting the order in to it arriving here in Boulder, CO. That’s total days, not business days. We hope to have got everything shipped out 1-2 weeks after then.
How long it takes in transit depends on where you are!

What about VAT/Import Tax?
As described in the Kickstarter, that’s up to your relevant country’s customs and processing. We have no power over that! We fall below the limit to have to charge sales tax in the U.S.A.

How long will pre-orders be open?
We will leave the pre-orders open until the pins arrive. Although we’re over-ordering on the quantity of pins, we’ll keep careful track of how many of each design are purchased so that we never sell stock we don’t or won’t have.

I want to change the pins I've chosen - or add more - but my order is locked!
We can, on a case by case basis, unlock orders to allow you to change this. This can only be done if we have the pins in stock and we have not yet shipped your order. Please contact [email protected] to arrange this.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
