Hey friends!

We've got something cool in store for you all — a new project! We're making 10 baby familiar pins from classic monsters, each with their own helpful, hindering, and always adorable abilities. In addition, there's a new class — the monster tamer — that allows you to train them up to be battlefield bad-asses! Think 'pocket' monsters but in DnD.

This is all part of a larger project: Heliana's Guide to Monster Hunting. Fight lethal, multi-stage boss monsters and forge fantastic new items and familiars from their remains. Check out the work in progress cover art:

This 300+ page tome has a whole heap of content to level up your DnD game:

• 3 modular rule systems for tracking, harvesting, and crafting;
• 10 adventures, each playable at three levels and culminating in a deadly, multi-phase boss battle;
• 10 friendly familiars;

Mini-Update: Shipping

Hey folks!

Just a mini-update about shipping :)

We've dispatched over 90% of the orders! Here's the segments we've fulfilled:

• All domestic US Kickstarter backers who filled their surveys before shipping started.
• All international Kickstarter backers who filled their surveys before shipping started.
• All international Backerkit pre-orders made before shipping started.

You should have received an email informing you of dispatch. If you haven't, check your spam, and check which email is being used in Backerkit :) Reach out to me at [email protected] if you're still having trouble.

Here's what we're fulfilling next:

• All Kickstarter backers who filled surveys after shipping started (27th December).
• All international Backerkit pre-orders made after shipping started (27th December).
• All domestic US Backerkit pre-orders.

Tag Us! We've also had photos from people who've received their pins!

If you have any photos of the pins, or of you wearing them, please tag us wherever you post them! We'd love to see them in action! We're @humpswares and @loottavern on instagram and twitter, and /u/HumperdinkTheWarlock and /u/Agginmad on reddit!

Monk Backing Card. For those who missed the video in the last update, everyone who ordered a monk pin will be getting one additional monk back card for each monk pin they ordered. I made a whoopsie on the initial backing card (points if you can spot the error) so we had them re-printed. Retailers: we will move the pins over to the correct cards prior to dispatching them to you.

Unanswered Surveys. On the off-chance one of the 24 backers who hasn't filled out their survey is reading this: without the survey, we don't have your addresses. If you're unsure whether you're one of these tardy twenty-four, then drop me an email at [email protected] and I'll check :)

We're Starting Fulfilment! Vlog #1

Pins are In!

We've received the pins and are finalising our shipping process! The packages should be dispatched in the next few weeks :) Here's a vlog!

About the monk cards: all backers will receive their monk pin on a backing card that has a typo (see if you can spot it) as well as the additional monk card (without the typo... I hope). Retailers will have the pin swapped to the card without the typo (so it can be sold as is).

We're shipping orders with the most pins first, and then moving down to single pins.

The Pins Are On Their Way!

Hey Folks!

As of two days ago, the pins are on their way from the manufacturer! That means we'll begin distribution before the year is out.

We have all our packaging material, label printer, and excel sheets ready. As you can see, we've been putting the packaging to good use!

Orders of five or more will come in boxes. Four or fewer will be in padded, reinforced envelopes.

If You Don't Fill Out Your Survey We Can't Send Pins To You

Apologies for the general update. To the 455 of you who have filled out the survey: thank you :) ! 

Unfortunately we're still waiting on 34 people to fill out their survey. If you're reading this please check your spam/inbox for an email from 'backerkit'. This will contain a link so you can choose the pins you want and tell us your address.

If you need to be re-sent your link, drop me an email at [email protected] with your name and the email address you use on Kickstarter.

To be clear: the survey isn't a marketing thing, it's where you tell us which pins you want! If you don't tell us, you won't get anything, and you've already paid for it.
